ACCEPT OFFER
Once we receive an offer that you like and are happy with, we will accept and begin the closing stages of the transaction. We're almost at the finish line!
MARKET ANALYSIS
Who's the competition? What are they priced at? How does your home compare? Our research goes above and beyond to ensure that we know every piece of information and every little detail of the surrounding area and market.
GO TO MARKET
Now that we have a strategy and the home is ready for the public eye, it's time to go to market. We'll list on the MLS, notify our database, advertise on social media and send out direct mail to ensure mass public reach.
SATISFY CONDITIONS
The offer may have some conditions such as financing and inspection. We will work with the buyers to ensure they have enough time to complete both along with any other conditions.
DISCUSS STRATEGY
Now that we understand your expectations and the competition, it's time to game plan. Do we want to stage the home? Should we price to sell or price for offers? Hold an offer date or accept offers anytime? Let's decide on a plan of attack.
REVIEW OFFERS
